Trace of ride today. I met Patrick on his way back from his ride. I had to go back since it was so cold that I wasn't prepared for it and I became a little lightheaded. I think it was about 25 degrees C when I started and I didn't have a fleece cap or vest. My head was so cold that I think there wasn't enough blood going up there. Riding helped circulate but getting to the car was a little harder than usual. So lesson learned --> overdress for winter riding!
